All songs and lyrics written by Francesco Lucà, except for the lyrics of trak 8 written by Alessio Gatto. Synth line in the outro of trak 8 by Mattia Cochetti.

Recorded and mixed by Francesco Lucà at RBS studios, Milan (IT), between 2019 and 2021.
Al tracks mastered by James Aparicio, except for tracks 2 and 3 mastered by Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road Studios, London (UK)
