French-Irish dreamwave band, A Ritual Sea, formed in 2016, producing a distinctive synth-driven shoegaze sound that is heavily influenced by esotericism, and filmmakers such as Andrei Tarkovsky, Alejandro Jodorowsky, Robert Altman and Ingmar Bergman.

They have featured at the renowned Other Voices Festival and supported international acts such as Gwenno and Jane Weaver, and played a headline sold-out show in Dublin in 2020.

Singles ‘Desire Lines’ and ‘Serpentine’ introduce their highly anticipated, self-titled debut album due out in Autumn 2021. It was self-produced and recorded at A Ritual Sea’s home studio, mixed by Paris-based musician and sound engineer Nicolas Subréchicot and mastered at Biduloscope.
