Teddy Daniels, band a 5 elementi proveniente da Cagliari, si forma nel 2018. Ispirati principalmente dal  Seattle Sound anni ’90, non disdegnano interfacciarsi con il garage anni 2000 e il punk’n’roll di matrice  scandinava, col post-punk e col noise-rock newyorkese. Il loro nome è un omaggio a Scorsese e al film  Shutter Island. Nell’estate 2019 pubblicano due demo di brani inediti (“Shutter Island” e “Girl”) ma è  nell’estate del 2022 che arriva il loro primo album ufficiale “The Prisoner”. Registrato, mixato e  masterizzato da Giampy Guttuso (nome noto nella scena punk isolana), autoprodotto e distribuito  digitalmente e su formato CD. Il disco ha guadagnato le attenzioni positive della stampa musicale  dedicata e dall’estate 2022 la band si è vista impegnata in diversi live promozionali per tutta l’isola. 
Torna adesso con un split in compagnia dei conterranei Bent Trees Society e col brano Alpha mentre  lavora per il proseguo di “The Prisoner”. I Teddy Daniels sono: Max (voce), Brandon (batteria), Mik  (chitarra, cori), Jack (basso, cori), Giulio (chitarra).
